I'm hoping that someone might have some suggestions for me to try,,, finger crossed!
One of our customers is testing a new server setup for CIS and Opera.
Opera and CIS are installed on a Windows 2019 server with 32gb RAM and Windows defender (exclusions in place) both programs when run directly on here run perfectly with no speed issues at all.
However, there are speed issues being experienced when running the CIS client on a Windows 10 multi session which seems to affect dropdown boxes mainly. An example would be when changing the cost heading on a purchase order item which can take up to 40 seconds. No speed issues are being experienced in Opera.
Client Specs:
Server Specs within Azure:
Windows 10 (21H2) EVD + MS 365 Apps
D8s_v4 (8C & 32GB)
P10 (128 GB Premium SSD)
Dsv4-series sizes run on the 3rd Generation Intel® Xeon® Platinum 8370C (Ice Lake) or the Intel® Xeon® Platinum 8272CL (Cascade Lake).
Anti-Virus: Windows Defender (exclusions in place)
I've spoken with Pegasus initially who advised that although windows 10 multi session is not supported/tested they are aware of customers using it.
Does anyone have anyone successfully using Windows 10 Multi Session with CIS (Access)?
Does anyone have any suggestions that may help resolve these speed issues?
Thank you in advance!
