We are hiring employees that are not US citizens. They are hired into GHR and payroll before the SSN is acquired. Looking for information how others are handling these employees for payroll, vendor files, etc. that require SSN. We were utilizing 111-22-3344 until the new employee obtains the SSN. Vendor files are failing because there are "duplicate" SSN's.
