move facts 7.5 from SCO 5 to linux

I have customer that has SCO 5 server that is "on its last legs". I am in the process of moving them onto linux server on facts 7.7, but I need more time to accomplish this. I wanted to find out if there is anyone out there that can give advice to help move their current facts 7.5 to linux.

Kenneth, we have used virutal machines to great effect in this instance. We've been using VMWare. It runs under linux and you can install a SCO virtual machine so all of the licenses, configruation, etc stay the same.
