Third Party Billing in VMFG 7.0

We have struggled with the limitations in Visual Manufacturing regarding third party billing since our implementation in 2006. Our method for getting around this is to have our shipping department put stickers on the packlist/bill of lading with the third party billing address. As this scenario is becoming more common, we are looking for alternatives to avoid errors. Does any one else have a "work around" they would be willing to share?

We revamped the form so that the field for "Shipping Instructions" appears in the body of the BOL with a "shaded" row above and below it - making it stand out. We then type the details into that field in Print Bills of Lading. For example,:

THIRD PARTY BILLING to Joe's Job Shop, 123 Main St., Ypsilanti, MI 12345
