Benefit enrollment dates using ISD EmployeeBenefitImport

Hello, 

I am trying to load waive plans for employees using ISD EmployeeBenefitImport.  I am trying to load 1/1/2023 enrollment dates with the upload however when the employee benefit record is created in GHR it ignores the 1/1/2023 enrollment date and is instead using the employee's eligibility date (s date prior to 1/1/2023).  Does anyone have experience doing something like this and is there a way around this without having to touch eligibility dates?

Do you have EnrollmentDateOption field in your ISD file? If not you will need to add it and set the value for all records to "1". This will will allow you to set the enrollment date instead of using the eligibility date.
