We opened a case, Infor says they are on the resolution. They might come back to us within an our. The issue seems global.
Same in Dorel ... already created an incident.
Gelagri Spain. Stucked too. M3 very slow. Factorytrack blocked thinking and impossible to print. Ticket raised in Concierge in Urgent. Production blocked. Impossible to label palets and impossible to charge trucks for clients
This is a big problem to companies. we hope they solve fast.
Do you know what is cosing this trouble ? They didn't keep us informed yet.
They only gave me this information.
Problem solved..We are starting slow, solving errors first and checking integrations.
Please be informed that the Cloud Ops team found the root cause of the slow response time.
M3 application response time has returned to its normal operating state.
Ongoing investigation is taking place and full root cause analysis will be completed in the next coming days.
