Today 15/03/2023 , We are facing huge problems in our Cloud PRD environment. Do you also have problems? Is this something related to multi-tenant solution form Infor?

We are also using M3 Cloud and we are also experiencing huge performance issues (Infor M3 sometimes does not even load the progams). Infor is aware of this issue and is trying to resolve this. We have this performance issues since one hour.

Please be informed that the Cloud Ops team found the root cause of the slow response time.
M3 application response time has returned to its normal operating state.
Ongoing investigation is taking place and full root cause analysis will be completed in the next coming days.
