We switched over to V11 from V10 back in October of 2022. Since then Supply Chain has had constant issues with delivery tickets printing slowly and put away tickets not printing at all. We've talked with support about this and their "solution" is that we need an email enabled printer and run a batch job to print tickets to said printer. The problem with this is supply chain gets mad when they have to wait over 30 seconds for a delivery ticket, so if we switched to a job that only ran once every 15 minutes, it would not be a good result.
Some background on us, we use MHC for pretty much everything that requires a document to be loaded and saved. PO's, packing slips, invoices, contracts, we pretty much use MHC for it all. Because of this we were told that we cannot have IDM active for the PO side of things. According to support and our IT, this is where the problem is. The tickets won't print out because they do not have a PO in IDM to link to.
Finally my question, does anyone else have this issue, and if so how do you get around it?
