Hi - we currently have GHR enabled for just English, but are exploring ways to capture employee language preferences. How are other customers using Infor-delivered functionality, or what have you built to supplement it? How are you capturing language preferences (ESS, HR updates, other) and proficiency (written/spoken designator, dropdown list of options, freeform)? Would love to hear what other healthcare customers are doing in this space.
