EVS002MI - Initiate Load - Performance issues.

Wondering if any one else has experience any issues in the last week with EVS002MI - Specifically the Initiate Load endpoint. 

I was trying to load some tables after a purge in our TRN tenant and my attempts from this morning kept timing out. I attempted the same thing on 1 table / file in our TST and PRD tenants and same issue. So I filed 17311440 with infor.  I am curious if there was anyone else experiencing this. 

After I filed the ticket I tried to run 1 table in our TRN tenant again to send someone a screen shot but it worked.  Albeit very slowly. Like times from 129ms to 90 seconds. It used to take 200ms to 700ms.  My gut says its almost like the response times are maybe proportional to the size of the FILE?  But that never seemed to be the case and I haven't confirmed that. 

TST and PRD are still not working.

So, things are working now across all tenants.  Wonder if the behavior is related to changes around the streaming batch ingestion that is coming later this month.  I had checked the job queue in M3 several times during all of this and there was nothing running that would have caused failure.  Things working now.  I'll take it.
