MSCM Report Changes

Hi all - I know that MSCM is not as easily customized as FSM but on the cloud version - can we change the data displayed on the reports? Example: Delivery Tracking by Location - I need to add a delivery date.

Is that possible? If not, can we use ISD to pull out delivery information?

Changing the data displayed or use of ISD is not an option at this time with current MSCM MT. If you have Birst or IPA this could be possible to create a custom report of MSCM data that is pushed to the Data Lake by enabling the scheduler within MSCM> Administration> System Management> Enable ION Data Replication Scheduler.

Thank you Mario! I was afraid of that. Hopefully the migration of MSCM to FSM formats will get completed soon so we have the same flexibility.

I hadn't read about MSCM migrating to a format more like FSM. Any links or other details on that?

I will have to go back and check, but it was brought up in one of the Roadmap calls. The statement was 'Complete migration of MSCM to FSM' in 2023 along with the support for IOS in 2023. I don't know if those two efforts were together or independent of each other..
