Error 2065 Issue in SOP

Has anyone experienced an issue when printing documents in SOP and gives an Error 2065 Error with the following message

Table "C:UsersMARY~1.FILAppDataLocalTemp000BLSP017B.TMP" has a file length / record count inconsistency. The table will need to be repaired before transactions can be committed properly.

All the normal things pass such as UDS, Database is Valid, AV Excluded and Turned Off etc...

It works most of the time but can crash on different machines numerous times a day, some days just once.

We have redone the Doc Designs from scratch, changed the Logo's etc..

Removed the Bespoke and it still persists

Upgraded to 2.93.01 but still same (not SE)

Pegasus say that it is bespoke but our bespoke hasn't changed for a while, so at a bit of a loss now.

Any ideas?

Hi Steve,

Have you tried using Foxfix on ITRAN and IHEAD to see if there is an actual count issue within the data tables?

Is it just SOP document printing? All documents or just invoiceorder ?

Hi Jordan, Yes we have done foxfix on both and also append blank on them too.

There are no blanks and no **AUTO** either which i have seen on other email threads

It is all SOP Documents, other things like Remittances and Statements work fine.

Might be too obvious but has anti-virus been changed recently? Are exclusions set off on the Users folder?

We have Removed AV on the Server and used all the relevant exclusions, we havent gone as far as the Users folder but we can give that a try

hi we definitely saw this kind of message when two sites started using TREND antivirus, I know youve said that this was disabled, but I was on a machine the other day & he didnt realise it was installed, yet it was. Can you confirm in task manager on workstations & server that there is no sign of "TREND" AV? thanks

The other nasty that I got hit by the other week as Acronis Backup. There is a version of that which tries to prevent file changes. Opera UDS crashed with access denied when run on the server against UNC data path but run locally via drive it worked.

I resorted to running procmon and putting a filter on the offending folder. Might be worth trying procmon to see if you can see if anything else is grabbing hold of files in the temp folder.

Thanks for this, we have checked and there is no Trend AV, they are using WithSecure which was previously F-Secure with all the relevant exclusions in it. And we have disabled it temporarily with same issue.

Hi, We have checked this one too, they did have a Backup Solution while it was crashing and moved to a new Veeam one and it still does the same
