Our Supply Chain utilizes the Par system and has Non-Stock Pars on many floors. Since these are scanned via the hand helds there is no way of entering any kind of delivery date, and they default to the current date. Once they go through Purchase Requests and then Process Purchase Requests to pull them to PO's the PO lines and header all have the requested delivery date of that day. One thing SC tracks are items that are past the expected delivery date, and this causes them issues, especially if it is a lengthy PO. I put in this ER to request a fix to it, so any endorsement would be appreciated. Since in the absolutely best case scenario, we'd have to wait until October any way, if anyone has any suggestions I'd definitely be open to discussing.
