Notifications and Certifications in Learning and Development

Our implementation of Learning and Development has been rocky to say the least. One of our biggest issues right now seems to be getting our ACLS and BLS certifications set up, and notifications in general. Does anyone else in V11 work with the certifications?

Hi,

I have seen certifications used with L&D in the past, and so may be able to help you here. What are the specific challenges or limitations you are running into when setting up the ACLS and BLS certifications?

Also, on notifications - I have configured L&D notifications both using the delivered rules and custom notification IPA flows (to fill more specific notification needs). Feel free to reach out to me with any questions about notifications.

With certifications some of the biggest hurdles is setting up the renewal dates and getting as much automated as possible. We have the base BLS_Cert, which we use for any historic activities or new employees coming with the certification. We have the BLS_NewProvider for employees that are having to take it from square one that gets more credits. Then we have the BLS_Recert where we want to try and have everyone enrolled for their recertifications
