Subcontracting process ......How to close a peiod ?

Hello,

We use the subcontracting process with proposal of manufacturing order linked to proposal of purchase order. I would like anticipate the production for holiday closing ....

Does someone succeeded to manage it ? it's to anticipate our production before holiday .....

Check out Capacity (PDS015) from PDS010 for each W/C to ensure Holiday's are accounted for.

Yes, it is part of MRP, and required to drive planning requirements based on Demand.

Not sure what you feel is not working if you have set the capacity accordingly?

I the Item not setup as MRP planned in MMS002?

Hello Rene,

Capacity = 0 from end of July to 20/08 in PDS015/016.

In MMS002 : Planning Method : 1 - MRP - acquisition : 1 - manufuctured -

Workcenter type 1 and 6 with shift pattern (PDS031/032 + PDS033/034)

I try to setup the workcenter with type 2 - Subcontractor

I don't understand !!! I still have proposal of MO in PMS170 during August .....

Do you have also closed period ? Is it OK in your environment ?
