Turning off MSCM

We are no longer going to be using MSCM and will be starting the process to shutdown our MSCM server. Is there anyone else who has stopped using MSCM? We are trying to determine if there is anything on the MSCM server that we should backup in case we would ever need to look at something. How long did you keep the MSCM database for historical purposes?

If you don't mind me asking why are you Stopping MSCM in your organization?

If you use MSCM just for Par Location replenishment I don't see any need to keep the server for reporting. That information will be in Lawson. If you use R&D maybe if you need to look back at delivery information? If you haven't needed to look back at this information before I'd say shut it down. But I'm curious as well as to why you want to stop using it.
