How to reorder context apps?

Is there anyway to reorder the apps from the in-context menu?
I've tried disabling and enabling the apps but the tenant widgets that have been custom built float to the top.

In the below example I would want the IDM in context app to be shown at the top.

Please let me know if anyone else has done this before.

I believe this can be done via Admin Settings / Infor M3 / Context/Utility Apps. This is where you turn them on/off and reorder the apps.

That's where I've tried enabling and disabling the apps but no luck.
