We have a client on O3 VFP who has an issue when running the email payslip routine. This has been happening for the last few months & prior to the last payroll upgrade:
When sending the payslip for our (approx.) 30 employees, the counter got up to sending over 160 payslips so I clicked cancel.
I tried to send 7 and the same thing happened.
I sent 4 payslips, they went ok.
I sent 3 payslips which went ok, then I sent the remainder and they went ok too.
When you crash out you can see the pdf it was generating contained the same payslip multiple times so it wasn't generating/sending /genrating /sending as we would expect.
We can't replicate the problem with their data so have ruled that out and their AV exclusions are all in place.
This happened on another client over a year ago (prior to the last payroll upgrade) but they moved to SE and the problem no longer existed.
Has anyone else come across this and found a solutions?
