ER 100180 Add "Pay rate is outside salary structure pay range; is this OK?" Message to Hire A Resou

We would like to have the "Pay rate is outside salary structure pay range; is this OK?" message added to the Hire A Resource and Rehire actions in HR Talent.  The message is on the Change Pay Rate and Transfer actions.  Infor said this would be an enhancement request as not all actions are coded the same.  Your vote for our ER 100180 is most appreciated.
