Replacement for suggested PO for restocking in 7.8

Suggested POs were a quick way to add purchase orders to the system without having to write the validations routines required to properly build a PO.
Now that restocking suggested PO has been removed has anyone found another quick and easy way to allow customers to import purchase data.
