Account Generation List

We've recently created some new requesting locations. From what we can tell everything is set up correctly on the supply chain side and the accounting side. When a user tries to use one of these new locations they get an error. The requesting location they're trying to use "is not included in account generation list" What have we overlooked?

I should clarify that this error pops up when a user is in RQC and attempting to add an item to a req.

This means that the issue account you are trying to use is not active. You need to contact your accounting department and request they activate it.

It could also mean that the account is missing. There are three places where you can default the account for an item
IC11 Accounts tab
IC12/IC81 GL category
Template line
If the item they're ordering is not assigned an issue account in IC11 and is not in the IC12 for their From Location and they're not using a template to order no account will default to the line item.
