We configured the Pay Grade Description to display everywhere the automatically assigned Pay Grade number is displayed and/or updated. For example, on the Resource Profile Work Assignment Compensation the Pay Grade is displayed and can be updated. The Pay Grade number means nothing to users and the select option must be chosen to see the Pay Grade Description. We created an enhancement request for Infor to consider adding the Pay Grade Description display next to Pay Grade on resource profile and all actions where Pay Grade is displayed/updated.
