Sound notification not happening when the notification / message appears

Just logged this with the Pegasus crew.

But I wanted to run it past you all to see if any one else has come across this.

I have tested this on my local PC with 2.93.00 and there is no ding either.

Steps to recreate.
- Ensure that within preferences / Action Notification Preferences / "Play a sound when the Alert appears" is switched on.
- Schedule a message to appear.
- Message appears but there is no sound

It's not working on my PC on 2.94. Furthermore even though the popup appears there is an error 0xc0000005 logged in the Windows event log for VFPALERT.EXE

Our customer should be a tester for Pegasus.

They are passing it to the developers
