Setup of GHR Span of Control for use in Talent Acquisition?

Has anybody enabled GHR Span of Control for use in Talent Acquisition? If so, could you please share the Span of Control setup used and whether you had to make any configuration changes to get it working? Have there been any issues reported with it after enabling?

Hi Mel 12345: Span of control is set up based on the manager structure. The challenge is once you run the Span of Control job, it limits access to users who are not managers and also do not have a superuser security role. 

There's opportunity to create a custom IPA that updates the SpanofControlPosition Business Class to update specific positions you'd like your superusers to see, otherwise you'd have to make that update manually via ISD every time you run the Span of Control job.
