HR Talent Columnar Reports

Is anyone using columnar reports in HR Talent?  If so, can you let me know what you are using the report for and what data you are including?  I can see how columnar would be helpful on the FSM side but am struggling to come up with examples of when we would use columnar reports instead of lists in HR Talent.  Thank you for any information you can share with me.  I'm looking forward to seeing the columnar reports that Infor will release in October.

Hi Rebecca - we are planning to release 12 columnar reports for the Oct CU.

We are going through final testing and QA. The planned columnar reports are as follows:

Name Changes (columnar)
Terminations Audit (columnar)
Onboarding and Offboarding Report - Columnar
Employee Position Changes (columnar)
Employee Organization Unit Changes (columnar)
Employee Pay Rate Changes (columnar)
Employee Status Changes (columnar)
Work Assignment Default Rule Audit (columnar)
Leave of Absence (columnar)
Location Changes (columnar)
Job Changes Audit (Columnar)
Position Changes (columnar)

An example of the report is Position Changes (screenshot below) where you can see the changes completed for particular fields on the right dialog box as you highlight a particular row of data.
