Is anyone using columnar reports in HR Talent? If so, can you let me know what you are using the report for and what data you are including? I can see how columnar would be helpful on the FSM side but am struggling to come up with examples of when we would use columnar reports instead of lists in HR Talent. Thank you for any information you can share with me. I'm looking forward to seeing the columnar reports that Infor will release in October.
