My Buyers group want a pfiTask for Buyer, but they still want to know who the specific buyer for the requisition is on the inbasket Work Items list. The current delivered Work Item list contains LPL references for the person who created the Work Unit (in the case of Requisition Self-Service, it would be the requester) and the person who last edited the Work Unit (such as the last approver). My goal is to add the "Buyer" as a column in the Landmark inbasket list for Work Items.
I've attempted to add "Buyer" as a variable in both the Service Definition and Process Definition. My assumption was that since "Buyer" is a field in the requisition, it might correspond to "Buyer" in the Service Definition and Process Definitions. Unfortunately, Buyer renamed unused throughout the Work Unit's runtime.
