GHX Trading Net requires the 'OR' qualifier in the PO110 segment of the EDI 850 to be a &#39

GHX Trading Net Setup Lawson 'OR' Qualifier in the PO110 segment of the EDI 850 is not being accepted by GHX and advised that it should be a 'VO'. Basically, that OR qualifier has the Auxiliary ID our vendor needs to accept the transaction.

I would like to ask if anyone has a workaround/solution for this? I was informed by Lawson support that there is an enhancement request being voted upon for this and added my vote in it.

I would really appreciate your inputs in this.

This is not currently available in Lawson but in MT, you can change the punchout id qualifer, with data substitution table entry.

Partner Value: <qualifier>

A workaround for Lawson is to edit the laws_out_91_ghx script file and replace the 'OR' with 'VO'.

Took your advice and change the laws_out_91_ghx script file and replace the 'OR' with 'VO'. It worked for me however I am not sure if this is acceptable and won't impact my return files. Any experience with this?

If by "return files" you mean 855, 856, 810, I would not expect any impact. The value in PO111 is the "punchoutid". The punchoutid is the <Supplier Part Auxillary ID> from a Punchout cart. The intended/expected use is to identify/associate the PO Line with the cart/order on the supplier side. It is not an identifying value in the Buyer side. I expect that it is not included on the return files. If it is, it is not mapped the the inbound input files (POACK, MA531, MA540)
