We have been getting sporadic reports of connectivity issues with our handhelds since go live (June 2021) There was a fix deployed in one of the recent CU/SR that was supposed to address these connectivity issues for everyone, but we are still experiencing sporadic reports of the problem. We have updated all of our wireless access points and our Network team is indicating everything looks good from their end.
Is anybody else experiencing these challenges? Have you deployed any fixes or workflow changes that have helped? We have considered adding a daily reboot of the devices to the workflows, but I wanted to put the question out to the community to see if others are experiencing the same thing.
