We are in the process of integrating another organization into our existing organization. We are both currently using GHR and S3, but as separate HR Organizations/Companies. There are about 650 employees, so we are hoping to use the Data Load Programs, and then interface the records to S3. Most employees will need to be given a new Employee ID # with us, but some have been prior employees of ours and therefor need their prior employee ID record reactivated. I have the HR Talent Data Load Integration Guide. Has anyone had experience with these loads after their initial implementation? Any gotchas that we should be aware of? Thanks! Lori
