Hello, I'm trying to send an external email with a Workflow notification. I've read you can use custom email templates, but those templates are static, and I'm "migrating" a SyteLine event to workflows because you can't send files from different logical folders in a single email with AES. So I think the simplest solution was to send the HTML template in a BOD from that event and then send that template in a notification, but when I receive the email it shows the template as plain text:
In my BOD I send the HTML with CDATA format and then I convert it to HTML with a script in the workflow but is not working. Do you know if it's posible?
