Opera SE Transfer Reports -Nominal > Utilities > Cashbook Transfer- Report Only

Please could you help with the query below ,

Running the REPORT ONLY option

Nominal > Utilities > Cashbook Transfer

However, the report PDF is not being created and the following location opens.

C:UsersDarpal.DiskelAppDataLocalTemp2PegasusO3SE_6OO0P3M2Q

Are we missing a folder or set up please ?

Hi Darpal, not sure if this helps, but in my local install of Opera3 SQL SE I just ran the cashbook transfer as "Report Only" - it opened the PDF and stored it in two locations....

Thank you Claire - I am going to double check the permissions on the locations you provided above, but I cant even seem to open the report only so not sure what I have missed.

Hi Darpal

Is this just on the one report or is it every report? If it is the latter then check permissions. If the former, it maybe just the report design is corrupt or it has been adjusted in some way i.e. usually that kind of thing happens if you alter a report and it can't find the logo (in SE I think it creates a copy report in Repository folder)

Also, have you checked the Service Logs to see if that gives an indication of what path it is trying to look for... if it can't find a path, it normally defaults to the temp folder...

Thanks Tony , Its every report that's a transfer ( report only option ) for example , Sales ledger transfer , Purchase ledger transfer also there no logos on these types of reports.

Hi Darpal - may need to ensure the Microsoft Report Viewer is installed on the server; There are multiple files included in the download. Only download the 'ENUx64SQLSysClrTypes.msi' file from www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=42295.

Thank you Drea, this makes complete sense..... , any chance you have another link as this one (www.microsoft.com/enus/download/details.aspx?id=42295.) doesn't work, I checked the Pegasus guide and its the same link too but it says download not available.
