PO lines not appearing on PO printout

Has anyone ever faced an issue where the status of a PO is 20 and when we refer to the PO printout document , the lines are not showing/coming in the PO but when we refer to the same PO in Infor M3, it shows all the line records?

This issue is more specific to one particular PO!!

Any ideas/suggestions for dealing with this problem?

The PPS200 program, responsible for storing data in the MPHEAD table, contains essential information about the Purchase Order, such as the PO number, PO date, Requested Delivery dates, Freight terms, Delivery terms, Terms Text, Payment terms, and Packing terms. Conversely, when Purchase Order lines are entered through the PPS201 program, the data is stored in the MPLINE table. Interestingly, MPLINE also holds data akin to the MPHEAD table, including Delivery terms, Terms Text, and Delivery method.

Here's where the issue could arise: if the data for parameters like Delivery terms, delivery text, or delivery method within MPHEAD differ from the corresponding data in the Purchase Order lines (MPLINE), it could result in a situation where the printout of the Purchase Order lacks the associated lines.
