I know this sounds easier than it is to develop, however, it would be extremely helpful in maintenance of approval workflows (not just payables but throughout the system) if the workflows were based on a position rather than an employee resource. Currently, using the resource requires a lot of maintenance whenever there are promotions or turn-over within specific positions.
