EEO-1 Setup

Hi.. we are in the process of upgrading from S3 and looking to setup our EE0-1 report for testing. In S3 employee groups are not required for the creation of the report. In GHR custom groups are and appears Infor is creating them during the migration process, however none of the groups they are creating work.

Can anyone share which business class they have their groups based on. They are using Employee BC and pulling the HROrganizationUnit for what use to be our process levels. I am wondering if they should be using the WorkAssignment BC instead. And should they be using the Process Level Unit or should it be the Legal Entity code?

Since there is no custom group training. Was hoping to see what worked for others so I am at least working with the correct business class to rebuild them from.

We created custom groups using WorkAssignment BC location and from the Employee BC RelationshipToOrganization and RelationshipStatus to get the correct groupings needed for our reporting. If you are working with a consulanting group hopefully they can add some insight. Feel free to reach out to me directly if you'd like to ask more questions. I'm not an expert, but I can try to help.

Hi Jill.. thank you for your response. I was thinking it should be workassignment.BC. Would you be willing to share a copy of one of your groups so I can see the fields you are using in it (since there are so many that are listed that are similar). We are using Infor consultants for our upgrade and suggestion was to create a field to pull the value from the HROrganization to use in the group. I didn't see the need to create a field to pull a value that already existed.

We use the classifications on our positions to set up our groups to be able to run our EEO-1
