I submitted an enhancement to GHR Payroll #98515 which requests that Infor setup the pay codes to follow the organization hierarchy. In the current configuration, you can setup a pay code for a specific org unit. However, it only works for that specific unit and not any children. So if you have an org unit for a legal entity and want all org units under that legal entity to use the same paycode build which is different from the same pay code at other legal entities, you need to build for every child org unit and then add the pay codes for each org unit that is added.
My request is that the pay codes follow the organization hierarchy so that if there isn't a paycode setup for the org unit on the time record, it checks the parent, and so on until the top before it looks for a pay code with a blank org unit.
