Hi all, just wondered if anyone has come across the below before and have any suggestions on how to fix please?
We have a client that when opening Opera, get the below error before the login screen appears.

We have uninstalled and reinstall the client which seemed to resolve the issue for a short period of time but have now started to experience this again. Standard anti-virus exclusions are in place, the only other software installed relating to Opera is Online Filing Manager and today I gave the Pegasus folder in Program Files (x86) and Program Data 'everyone' and full control permissions. All other client machines at this customer have not experienced the issue, just one user.
