After LN 10.8 on-prem upgrade Infor OS on-prem version is not working

Hi Everyone,

We upgrade LN 10.8 last week in over test .After upgrade I am seeing this message in infor os. LNUI is working but Single sign-on is not working .

Below is the reply I got from Infor support

I told you that Infor OS is only supported in the cloud with LN 10.8. Please also see this announcement:

Version of Infor OS we are using is Infor OS  2023.06.00

We purchase Infor OS license last year. We also purchase sql server 2019 and windows 2019 license and extended VM memory to 40 GB for Infor OS. Now Infor coming back and saying we are not allowed to use infor os for LN 10.8 . We may use Infor os for IDM and single-sign on. We don't have any ion workflows.

Any one in the same situation like us ? Please advise!

Deployment options for LN 10.8 and Infor OS are dependent of your license entitlement. The default deployment is LN 10.8 with Infor OS Cloud. Please contact your account manager to verify the entitlement of your organization.
