Hi.. we are not yet live on GHR, but are having issues with transferring between absence plans while testing. Even though we create the new plan with the plan entry date of the effective date of the transfer and do not check to transfer dates on the transfer form, it still defaults the plan entry date on the new plan to the previous plan's entry date and wants to override what we have for the date. Anyone else having this issue?
Our consultant told us we had to set up the new plan using recalculate and not manually like we do in S3, however tried that and still have the same issue. No other dates populate to be transferred except for the plan entry date.
If you are not having this issue with the dates. would you be willing to share your process (steps) in transferring between plans so I can test it out with our plans.
Also has anyone found a way to only show the plans someone is eligible for on the transfer to section of the transfer form so you don't have to type it all in or search for it?
