Has anyone else encountered the following with the IDM application on MSCM?
We are seeing blurry image captures (photos) uploaded into the Infor CloudSuite Document Management Application using the IDM application on the mobile devices to take photos of Purchase Orders and other documents. For every 10 documents where the image is taken on the mobile device, only about 2-3 appear crisp and clear inside Document Management. The other 2-3 are almost unreadable and the rest are passable.
We have gone through the various ways to properly take a photo using the mobile device - keep still, proper lighting, proper angle, etc. This is also happening for several users and not just one user taking bad photos repeatedly using bad habits.
Have others experienced this issue using IDM image capture on the mobile device? If so, how did you resolve it?
We are making sure the focus is set when taking the photo. Could it be that the image is being adversely effected during the upload to the cloud from the device? If so, why aren't all images effected?
Are others using a different method to get the images from MSCM to IDM?
