Enhancement Request Endorsement: ER 100385 - Add Short Description to history drill on resource reco

Please consider endorsing this request for enhancement.  Several drills only show the generic auto assigned number, so you have to go look each one up to see what the actual value is.  It would save time to be able to view it directly on the drill screen.

An example is grade on salary structure.  When I look at the drill it states 54 but the actual grade is 18C.  54 is the generic number assigned when the 18C was added to the schedule.
