We entered an enhancement request asking that the POU (Point of Use) case entry screen on the web allow scanning a GTIN barcode in order to enter items onto the case. Our users find the handhelds (TC52) difficult to use due to the small size. It is hard to read the information on the screen and there are a lot of clicks to get around. They like using the web, however, it only allows entry of the item number (not on the packaging) or the manufacturer number to search. It would be much nicer to use a barcode scanner attached to a laptop to scan item details into the case.
