Setting Price Breaks by Contract Line - Item

Is anyone doing Price Breaks in FSM to trigger a different cost for an item depending on the quantity ordered?  For example, if you order nine or fewer of Item A the price is X, but if you order ten or more the price is Y.  We want to be able to set the price breaks on a contract line for an item.  When a PO is created it should pull the correct amount.  I'm looking at the Price Breaks setup on Contract Line, but don't know how to properly configure it.  Perhaps, there is a different place I should be doing this though.  Thanks for the input!

On the header of the contract > Purchase Type there is a field under Miscellaneous  Line Level Breaks.  Set it to Order total.  So for each PO line it will use the Price break. 

Then go to the Contract Line 

Select Discount and By Quantity

Click ok

When ordering 14 or less the price should be $10

When ordering 15-19 the price should be $8

When ordering over 20 the price should be $7
