Automatic release of batch orders

This is a case where a company is taking batch orders for items even though they are not in stock.

this means that the batch order stops in status 25 once released. To fix this, it is possible to use related option 11 on the batch order line.

My question is:

Is it possible to avoid this step? Meaning, I would like the batch order to go to status 90 even though there isnt enough in stock.

Please check the setting in OIS278 and try 20= No message displayed.

All of these updation need to be done in correct "source" in OIS275.

We solved this by using a very simple supply model (MMS056 + MMS059). In the supply model you set that backorder is allow and also check the auto option.

You set this supply model as a default value on your order types (OIS014).

For orders with this supply model OIS275 will still create the order even if the requested delivery date cannot be met.
