Has anyone had success in using the Label customization that was implemented yet? I've got it downloaded and the add-in shows up in word, but every time I try and log in it keeps giving me the error saying incorrect user name and password. I've tried just my base username and having the @domain.org tagged on too and still nothing. I've double and triple checked to make sure I have the same url from the handheld. I have not opened a ticket yet because I am sure there is just something I'm missing.
