We are mid implementation upgrading from 13.2 to CloudSuite.
Our Finance team wishes to make a change to their cost centre accounting.
We are a garment manufacturing business - our BoM's contain three core operations (resource type 1):
We have three groups of sewing lines in our building (A, B, C). Each group will be assigned it's own cost centre.
Our work centre structure in PDS010 will look like this:
Resource type 1 (on all our PDS001 product structures)
Resource type 6 (scheduled when MOP released to PMS100):
- Sewing group A: A01, A02, A03 (etc) - cost centre 2220
- Sewing group B: B01, B02, B03 (etc) - cost centre 2221
- Sewing group C: C01, C02, C03 (etc) - cost centre 2222
My question - is there a way to use the cost centre from resource type 6 when posting CAS950 after the MO is closed?
