H5 Script - How to detect if user opens new program/tab in M3?

Hi,

Does anyone know if it is possible with H5 script to detect if user opens new program/tab?

I have a script in OIS101, if the user opens several OIS101 at the same time I want to script to reload/panel to refresh everytime the user switches between the different tabs/instances.
