How to deal with large audit files

You can create an audit report of the general ledger on GLS505.
However, the CSV of the report is too large, it can't be sent by e-mail.
The report is available on MNS270, it can be downloaded as XML, but not as CSV.
Does anyone have experience in dealing with standard audit reports as in this example?

i run it by division and i try to cut it in periods if it is too large.

in general we have audit every 3 months and i select 3 months and the file is ok.. if you have much more transaction maybe you can run it per month or per shorter periods and then put it back together in excel after downloading
