XM Mobile after CU

Hi All!

Putting out the question here:

1) Did anyone who is using the XM Mobile app notice that the app pointed to a different tenant ID after the CU?

2) Was it any different for your iOS (Apple) users then it was for your Android users?

We noticed that some of our Apple users were pointed to XMMOBILE_DEM after the CU, but our Android users weren't.

We did not see our MT ID get changed. My understanding was the latest native apps (3.0.3) were rolled out 10/11, about 10 days ahead of the CU getting released.

I did touch base with our Mobile development team regarding your recent concern. The XMMOBILE_DEM tenant is what is populated whenever you use the "Try Demo" button on the front of the application. This should not be populated via any other means. If you are still experiencing the issue, we suggest opening a support ticket with the following information:

We need to know what exact the process followed here is (recreation steps). Did the user use Email ID login or any SSO functionality?
It was mentioned that only some of Apple users are able to see this XMMOBILE_DEM tenant. So which tenant is shown for other Apple and Android users?
The above is mentioned as occurring as of the most recent CU. Does it mean Current Update of our October release? Or our recent Mobile release that just happened to occur within weeks of this update?
