Opera 3 SPM Bulk Email with jpg images not displaying using Outlook 2003

Hi wondering if anyone has come across this problem, we cannot send a bulk email with jpg images within Sales Pipeline Management using Outlook 2003? Works fine in Outlook 2007. We have applied all service packs to Outlook 2003 and can send images direct from Outlook but not through the SPM function.

Have recreated offsite and applied several knowledgebase suggestions from Microsoft in regard to security settings in outlook/exchange but still no joy.

Any help would be gratefully received.
