Hand held Gui Log in requirement
Legacy Contributor
Hi-
LSi had a custom module which utilizes a hand held device that is logged into FACTS via a remote connection (basically a device to ship, receive and process transferrs via hand held device).
The user/hand held is logged into FACT just like a user would be at a workstation. In the past- the Hand held login in came into FACT with a character login.
Current FACTS release code will not allow a character log in anymore.
What we are searching for is an application that can be loaded on to a hand held to run a GUI application for the GUI log in.
Asyou can tell - I am not the tech person on the project- just the one posting the question.
We are having trouble finding an application to load on the hand held which will run a GUI login application to log into FACTS.
Looking to talk with someone that has hand held units running/talking with GUI applications.

Hello Cain,
We have a similar sounding application using a handheld Windows Mobile device. We are using a JavX client to login and it is working with 7.7. Have you looked at using JavX?
